Terms of service

The contract between the Supplier and the Purchaser is concluded exclusively through the internet by accessing the Purchaser at www.latilde.it, where, following the procedures indicated, the Purchaser will formalize the proposal for the purchase of goods. The actual availability of each product cannot be guaranteed, as multiple users could purchase it at the same time.

Tilde snc is not responsible for any type of malfunction depending on the operator of the data transmission network (service provider of the user-purchaser). The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
