How to Buy


Who orders and buy custom products authorized under its responsibility reproduction of trademarks and texts themselves.

At the end of the ordering process you will receive an email confirming the order summary sent, then please enter an email address that often controls, as for possible contacts by us We will write to the indicated email.

For merchandise that you were temporarily make unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone to hear from you:

  • whether to replace missing article;
  • if you have already made the payment if you want to get a refund;
  • if you'd prefer to wait for the arrival of the item missing;
  • if you want to replace with an item of equal value.

Please note that the availability of the items is to be understood as long as stocks


Non-conforming goods


When shipping we check all orders, however, if an error even escape this check and we were to get the wrong material or not complying with the order, please advise us in writing by email or fax no later than 10 days of receipt of goods;

We will as well to replace the goods or refund the amount.

Exceeded the 10 days we will not be obliged to replace the goods, except for items covered by warranty.

Replacement and refund will be given for the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized, always if the error is not attributable to us, in which case the goods will be treated as described above.

Price and shipping


The total of goods are to be added the shipping costs that are related to the individual order, and NOT for every single item.

If this process two orders, shipping costs will be quantified twice, unless it is not communicated to merge together the two shipments in a timely manner before sending our part.

The shipping costs are free if the amount of the order will be higher than EUR 70.00, but if the amount will be less than € 7.50 will be used for transportation.




Items may be of two types:

  • through EXPRESS COURIER, made every working day with delivery between 24-48 hours, except islands and smaller towns in which employ at most 3/4 days;
  • pick up the merchandise directly at our office.


The order processing times are a maximum of two weeks; vary according to the type of article, quantity and period.

In December there is no guaranteed delivery within that period. In the event that an article would make not available within 48 hours you will be contacted via e-mail or by telephone (as explained in buying mode). 
Please indicate on the order an address and a telephone number where someone is always present during working hours (morning and afternoon).

Ability to act

To make purchases through the site, you must have the ability to act required by Italian law. This means, generally, at least 18 years. Otherwise, any booking and confirmation of purchase will be made by a parent or a person operator parental authority or a guardian.
